Responsibilities
- Greet and assist marina guests, tenants, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage slip and dock reservations, including check-ins and check-outs
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding marina services, rates, and availability
- Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate billing records
- Coincordinate with dock staff to assign slips and ensure smooth vessel arrivals/departures
- Maintain updated records of boat registrations, insurance, and tenant information
- Provide information about marina amenities, local attractions, and weather conditions
- Handle customer concerns or complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and office area
- Supervise and support front desk staff in daily operations
- Manage slip reservations, check-ins, and departures
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and payment processing
- Provide exceptional, concierge-level customer service
- Resolve guest concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with dock staff and marina operations teams
- Maintain accurate records and daily reports
- 2+ years of hospitality, marina, or customer service experience preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with billing systems and handling financial transactions
- Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
