Marietta Hourly Shipping Clerk

Job Responsibilities

• Finish paperwork for all truck loads shipping out
• Send out export paperwork to the proper customs agency (Panalpina or UTI)
• Send out proper paperwork for Nordic loads
• Emails for all loads that are finished and loaded on Tip Top trailers as they are loaded
• Send out shipping updates every 2 hours
• File all in-bound paperwork
• Keep track of all information for each truck load and input that information into the proper spreadsheets
• Keep a constant line of communication between sales / truck coordinators if there are any issues with trucks being late or short
• Answer the phone whenever it rings in a very professional manner (i.e. Marietta shipping this is (insert name here))
