- Auditing and responding to state and federal audit notices, including Form I-9 compliance, audits, and defending against Department of Labor audits.
- Advising on non-compete, employment agreement, and severance package issues.
- Representing clients in commercial litigation matters, including challenges and defense of non-compete and restrictive covenant provisions, and non-employment commercial litigation.
