Marching Band Woodwind/Visual Instructor

Responsibilities

• Teach flute, clarinet, and saxophone students in sectional and large group settings within the Marching Band.
• Work with students on visual responsibilities and marching technique.
• Assist in full ensemble rehearsals alongside other coaches, band staff, and directors.
• Collaborate with administration, staff, and community members to coordinate and communicate.

Requirements

Prior experience through performance and/or coaching is preferred.

Qualifications

High school graduate - high school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

Ability to be flexible and patient in work demands.

Compensation for all hired extra pay positions (coaches, sponsors, ancillary instructors, etc.) is contingent upon the specific athletic, activity, or academic event being approved by the District to occur during the school year related to this position/posting.
