MAR Busser- Full-Time

Hourly rate: $10.00 plus tips.

About the role

The Busser helps keep the restaurant clean, organized, and running smoothly while supporting servers and providing a welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and dining areas
• Assist servers with maintaining tables throughout service
• Refill water and assist with other guest needs as requested
• Keep service stations stocked and organized
• Remove dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables
• Help maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
• Assist the Food & Beverage team as needed
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hotel standards

Requirements

• Friendly, dependable, and able to work well as part of a team
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Able to lift and carry trays, dishes, and restaurant supplies
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful, but not required

Environment

Physically strenuous – prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and carrying throughout the entire shift in an indoor environment.
