About the role

Partner with engineering, production, and procurement teams to improve manufacturability of designs
Monitor production schedules and contribute to on-time delivery performance
Provide technical troubleshooting and support across manufacturing operations
Analyze processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Maintain and enhance product quality through process optimization
Review production workflows to ensure adherence to best practices and standards
Create and maintain accurate technical documentation and reports
Support continuous improvement initiatives across multiple product lines

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
  • Experience with CAD tools and ERP systems
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Capable of managing projects independently and working within a team environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally
