Manufacturing Welding Engineer

Role: Welding Engineer supporting manufacturing of residential and commercial water heating and treatment products. Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize welding processes for tanks, components, and assemblies to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.Create and maintain weld procedures and lead trials and qualifications.Analyze weld issues using structured problem-solving methods.Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to support new product introductions, automation projects, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications and Skills: Strong expertise in welding process development, troubleshooting, and procedure creation. Ability to work cross-functionally in a performance-driven, safety-focused, and innovative environment.
