Pay

• Assembly Operators (1st shift): $17.63 per hour
• Redraw Operators (2nd shift): $17.85 per hour
• Warehouse Associate (1st Shift): $18.95 per hour

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday (Saturday overtime as needed)
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM, Monday through Thursday (Friday overtime as needed)

Responsibilities

• Assembly Operators: Work up to 10 hours standing/walking; use small wrenches and other hand tools in a manufacturing environment
• Redraw Operators: Follow good manufacturing practices; use precision measurement instruments; perform basic computer, literacy, and mathematical tasks
• Warehouse Associates: Lift up to 50 lbs regularly; work up to 12 hours standing/walking on cement surfaces and in confined positions; climb stairs; work in temperature ranges matching or exceeding outside ambient temperatures; operate mechanized lift equipment

Requirements

• Ability to lift 25 lbs (Assembly and Redraw Operators) or 50 lbs (Warehouse Associates) on a regular basis
• Experience in manufacturing using small hand tools (Assembly Operators)
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and experience using precision measurement instruments (Redraw Operators)
• Basic computer skills, literacy, and mathematical skills (Redraw Operators)
• Forklift experience (Warehouse Associates)
• Machine operator experience (for operator roles)
