Manufacturing Utility Associate (Nights) - Iconex

Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM, Monday-Friday

About the role

As a Manufacturing Utility Associate at Iconex, your work is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and safely. By maintaining a clean and organized environment, supporting production teams, and ensuring materials are properly handled, you help power efficient manufacturing every day.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout all production departments, including sweeping, mopping, and waste removal
• Assist press operators during job changeovers and equipment cleanups
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely move materials and waste
• Organize and dispose of corrugated and surplus materials for recycling
• Support general housekeeping of the exterior and dumpster areas
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production and cleanliness

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Basic math and computer skills
• Forklift or clamp truck experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and ability to work extended hours if needed
• Good communication and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
