About the role

Sappi is seeking a full-time Utilities Operator at their Westbrook, Maine facility.

Responsibilities

• Work in a manufacturing environment
• Operate large industrial equipment/machinery/boilers
• Operate high and low pressure steam systems
• Pass designated pre-employment testing
• Must have a State of Maine High Pressure Boiler License or equivalent
• Read and write in English

Requirements

• Stable work history, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
• Team player
• Strong safety history and awareness
• Pass designated pre-employment testing
• Must have a State of Maine High Pressure Boiler License or equivalent
• Read and write in English

Qualifications

• Experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
• Experience operating large industrial equipment/machinery/boilers
• Experience operating high and low pressure steam systems
• Computer literacy
• Fork Truck experience and/or license
• Drivers License
