Manufacturing Trainer (Provo)

Responsibilities

• Create, streamline and maintain technical training programs from onboarding new hires through to upskilling.
• Work closely with the Instructional Design team to ensure all job aids and e-Content is up to date and adds value to the learner and/or trainer.
• Collaborate with operations managers, quality teams, training and other stakeholders to ensure operational needs are met.
• Think outside the box to meet the needs of constant operational growth.
• Support the mentor program to ensure success in role upon completion of training efforts for both new and upskilled technicians.
• Ensure ongoing support for weekend shifts for all Provo staff.

Requirements

• Exceptional time and project management.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, actionable information.
• Agility to pivot quickly without hesitation.

Preferred Qualifications

• CAD/CAM experience.
• Outstanding professional references to share.
• Experience in a fast-paced hyper growth startup environment.
• Experience working with various SMEs to create and edit highly technical topics.
• Relentlessly positive attitude, strong sense of humor, and the ability to have fun at work.
