Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency in manufacturing and assembling clinical and commercial products according to established procedures.
- Operate production equipment while ensuring correct formulations and batch specifications.
- Weigh, measure, and verify raw materials to maintain batch specifications.
- Support in-process testing and quality checks to confirm product compliance.
- Prepare solutions, powders, and liquid mixtures required for production batches.
- Handle the safe collection, removal, and disposal of chemicals, solvents, and laboratory waste in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Assist in training new team members and support onboarding activities as needed.
- Provide operational support to leads and supervisors during daily production activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Follow established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures.
- Adhere to all company safety, housekeeping, and compliance policies.
- Work overtime when required to support business and production needs.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma with a technical certification in laboratory operations and at least 3 years of laboratory experience, or
- An associate's degree in a scientific discipline with 2-3 years of laboratory experience, or
- A bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline with 1-2 years of laboratory experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective time management and the ability to prioritize tasks independently. Comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing or laboratory environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
