Job Summary
About the role
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our team at our pharmaceutical production facility in North Billerica, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes and a commitment to maintaining strict compliance with SOPs, safety practices, and cGMP Regulations.
Responsibilities
- Perform material transfer, preparation, batching, filling, and packaging operations using equipment like parts washers, sterilizers, and automated filling lines.
- Maintain strict compliance with SOPs, safety practices, and cGMP Regulations (Parts 210/211) while completing paper records in accordance with GDP.
- Execute inventory moves and material transactions independently within the ERP system and coordinate material procurement from the warehouse.
- Support cross-functional efforts including WFI/steam coordination, metrology device calibration, engineering validation studies, and maintenance troubleshooting.
- Independently resolve routine manufacturing issues, communicate effectively under pressure, and actively recommend process or quality improvements.
Qualifications
- Required: Associates Degree in a science related field and 1 - 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing environment OR High school diploma with 3 - 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing or quality environment.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and problems, including trouble-shooting, scale-up, and optimization efforts.
- Ability to work according to cGMP guidelines.
- Familiarity with aseptic technique.
- Preferred: Working in a clean-room environment and previous experience with cGMP's.

Pay
The pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
Schedule
Varying Schedule: Monday through Thursday, from 6am - 4:30pm on non-production weeks Monday through Wednesday, 6am - 6pm and Thursday from 6am - 10am on production weeks, with possible mandatory OT pending run progression.
