Manufacturing Technician II- 3rd Shift

Schedule

Location: Southwest Charlotte, NC. Overnight shift: 5:00 pm – 5:00 am, 12‑hour shifts on a 3/2/2 rotation (work 3 days, off 2 days, work 2 days). Overtime required as needed; occasional weekend shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain sophisticated manufacturing equipment
• Follow safety and quality protocols diligently
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Produce lifesaving Hollow Fiber Membrane Bobbins

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with continuous extrusion or textile knitting operations beneficial
• Experience collaborating with safety and quality regulations
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Able to lift 40 lbs without assistance (up to 50 lbs per physical requirements)
• Standing for extended periods
• Operating machinery
• Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
• Exposure to loud noises (equipment/machinery)
• Some degree of PPE required: safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.
