About the role
The Manufacturing Technician II Runner supports operations in the Thick Film Department at our New Brighton, MN location. This on-site role involves sanding, wiping, labeling substrate boards, and operating high-temperature firing furnaces, reporting to the Value Stream Supervisor or Value Stream Manager.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual tasks such as sanding and cleaning fragile ceramic substrate boards
- Follow work instructions and perform data entry into electronic routers
- Load parts into ovens and conveyor furnaces
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent
- Related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to follow written work instructions in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical device manufacturing environment
- Semi-automated machine operation experience

Pay
The hourly range for this role is $21 - $22/hr, with eligibility for bonus/incentive pay.
Schedule
Sunday – Friday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
