Manufacturing Technician II (1st Shift), Solar Amazon Leo

About the role

The Leo satellite constellation is Amazon’s solution to provide reliable internet to customers and communities worldwide. We are seeking talented technicians to join our team in full-scale production of the Leo satellites.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety requirements in all designated zones and work locations
• Assemble and test with emphasis to detail, an assortment of avionic LRUs, electrical-mechanical assemblies, handle and install PCBAs
• Supports some preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems
• Identify equipment requirements, process improvements, maintain floor stock inventory
• Execute test procedures for component and system level testing maintenance
• Receive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients (Using pallet jacks, kit carts, etc)

Requirements

• Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years experience in mechanical or electrical hardware assembly, test, and/or installation

Skills

• Highly motivated and detail oriented
• Show the highest standards of execution

Pay

The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $33.50/hour and employees are eligible for incremental raises based on tenure.
