Manufacturing Technician II - 1st shift

Responsibilities

• Support operations including sanding, wiping, labeling, and manual and automated high‑temp firing furnaces.
• Report to the Value Stream Supervisor and/or Manager as part of the Thick Film Department in New Brighton, MN (on‑site).
• Perform tasks such as sanding and cleaning fragile ceramic substrate boards.
• Follow detailed work instructions.
• Enter data into electronic routers.
• Maintain high attention to detail while performing all duties.

Requirements

• Related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Ability to follow written work instructions in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical device manufacturing environment.
• Experience with semi‑automated machine operation.

Pay

The hourly range for this role is $21–$22 per hour, with eligibility for bonus/incentive pay.
