Manufacturing Technician I/II/III Sun-Wed 6:30 AM to 5PM

About the role

The Manufacturing Technician I at PCI works in a dynamic environment, supporting biopharma and medical device companies. This role involves performing a variety of tasks under supervision, adhering to GMP/ISO standards, and maintaining a sterile environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and adhere to safe work habits and PCI safety procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of aseptic techniques.
• Prepare solutions, perform aseptic filling, and label vials under sterile and non-sterile conditions.
• Operate and assist in the assembly, disassembly, and operation of aseptic filling and lyophilization equipment.
• Prepare equipment and components for sterilization and lyophilization.
• Operate various processing equipment and perform production documentation.
• Complete COP, CIP, and SIP operations to prepare equipment for manufacturing.
• Review and revise SOPs and production batch records as necessary.
• Adhere to verbal and written instructions, and participate in investigations of deviations from normal operation.
• Perform duties with a focus on quality and adherence to PCI's values and behaviors.

Requirements

• 0 – 2 years of working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to weigh and measure raw materials and operate basic benchtop instruments.
• Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written instructions and seek help with more complex tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to PCI's ethical standards and pursuit of excellence in product and service delivery.
• Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications
