Manufacturing Technician I (Contract)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manufacturing Technician I in Billerica, MA to join our Kitting team. This individual will work with a team to ensure timely completion of reagent kits. They will be responsible for the accurate assembly of individual components into final product ready for shipping based on the production schedule. Responsibilities include handling material, labeling boxes, verification process, quality control, maintaining work areas, using ERP software, adhering to cGMP and ISO requirements, and performing other duties as required.

What You’ll Do

• Handle material
• Label boxes
• Verification process
• Quality control
• Maintain integrity of work areas by sanitizing workstations and restocking lab supplies
• Use of ERP software for production transactions and inventory control
• Adhere to current good manufacturing practices (cGMP)
• Maintain compliance with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) requirements
• Perform other duties as required

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 0-2 years of kitting or assembly experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Inventory control and ERP experience
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
