Responsibilities

Supports manufacturing operations within the Manufacturing Department as defined by Production Team Lead and Value Stream Manager.
Troubleshoot process & equipment problems promptly to minimize Manufacturing downtime.
Assembles products to support Manufacturing Assembly teams in order to achieve daily production rates given by the Production Manager.
Problem Solve issues with complex instruments - at times with little to no written instruction or reference materials.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing position, including:
    • Assembling complex mechanical or electronic systems
    • Troubleshooting and testing systems
    • Providing detailed examples of actually problem-solving scenarios
    • Configuring/installing software for new assembly setups
    • Strong ability to interpret technical documentation and perform basic calculations
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent computer literacy and technical aptitude
    • Knowledge of materials, products, equipment and associated processes
    • Excellent knowledge of quality, safety, security and environment standards & procedures
