Manufacturing Technician - AHMO

About the role

HireArt is assisting an autonomous ride-hailing company in hiring a Manufacturing Technician - AHMO to support the build, diagnostics, and testing of pre-production vehicles and subassemblies.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle bring-up activities, including electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Provide build and test feedback to engineering teams to support product development and continuous improvement.
• Complete assigned work to support project schedules and production milestones.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and safety while following EHS guidelines.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience as a technician in a manufacturing environment
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Qualifications

• Automotive or OEM experience, particularly in end-of-line (EOL) testing, diagnostics, or repair
