Manufacturing Technician - 2nd Shift

About the role

This is a 2nd Shift position: Monday – Thursday, 2:00pm - 12:30am in Stevens Point, WI.

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will set up machinery with accuracy and efficiency, gather and restock materials, generate accurate production documentation, operate and maintain equipment, and complete preventive maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery with accuracy and efficiency.
• Gather and restock materials and components for production runs.
• Generate accurate documentation detailing all essential elements of the production run.
• Operate, disassemble, inspect, clean, and reassemble all equipment required for production.
• Complete preventive maintenance activities as dictated by equipment and SOP requirements.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Ability to understand and accurately record data and follow a set of instructions.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and positive work ethic.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 55 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Pay

$20.00/hour starting, increasing to $22/hour after 90 days for meeting all training requirements.
