Manufacturing Technican/ Orbital Welder

Responsibilities

• Read project drawings, specifications, work orders, and procedures
• Position, align, and set-up components according to specifications
• Identify faulty components and/or test and inspect welded surfaces for quality
• Safely operate orbital welding equipment
• Perform standard welding procedures
• Complete production paperwork and recordkeeping
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area (5S)
• Willing to work overtime as required
• Effectively interface with team members for component and equipment resources

Requirements

• Good vision and dexterity
• Able to sit throughout the day for extended periods of time
• Able to follow protocols and direction thoroughly and repetitively
• High School degree preferred
• 1-2 years' experience in a production, assembly, or manufacturing environment
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
