iRhythm is seeking an experienced Production Lead for our Cypress, CA location. This is a 2nd shift position in a fast-paced, collaborative production environment. Responsibilities

• Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards, as well as all Work Instructions, SOPs, and safety requirements.
• Comply with iRhythm’s Core Values, policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety and environmental regulations.
• Ensure quality product production that complies with all company policies and procedures.
• Communicate regularly with assemblers to provide direction, answer questions, and plan activities to meet production and quality requirements.
• Facilitate communication between assemblers, shifts, and other departments to implement best practices, resolve problems, and sustain consistent performance.
• Train and mentor assemblers in their roles and responsibilities, fostering a cohesive team environment.
• Provide ongoing feedback to supervisors regarding team member performance and quality, and participate in performance discussions.
• Drive continuous improvement and help build a learning organization.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Execute effective production plans to meet daily schedules along the designated Value Stream.
• Provide Job Instruction Training and coaching to team members, ensuring all personnel are trained and certified on their assigned functions.
• Perform daily documentation of Work Orders, line clearing forms, scrap reports, and daily hour summaries.
• Maintain balanced, pull-based production lines with a 1X1 workflow to ensure quality product flow.
• Support timely resolution for line stoppages.
• Conduct Line Walks and maintain the Daily Teams Monthly count report.
• Implement development plans for assemblers to reach their maximum potential.
• Complete all necessary paperwork in compliance with GDP guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality policies, and cGMP requirements.
• Ensure assemblers have the necessary tools and materials to perform their work.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of production process experience or related experience in a medical device, manufacturing, or ISO-registered environment.
• Computer proficiency required; data entry experience preferred.
• Leadership skills and experience with scheduling/planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.

Physical Demands

• Sitting, standing, or walking for prolonged periods.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and/or transferring equipment and materials up to 20 lbs.
• Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
• High level of repetitive motion at a moderate to fast pace involving the upper torso, hands, arms, and wrists.
• Whole body posture required to move materials and finished goods.

Pay

Estimated pay range: $27.73 - $34.66 per hour. Actual compensation may vary depending on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.

This is a regular full-time, 2nd shift position.
