About the role
Develop competency in and perform basic assembly and/or inspection operations at Integer. Follow written procedures to meet production and quality requirements while adhering to Integer’s Values, Behavioral Based Safety process, and Associate Quality Policy.
Responsibilities
- Set up equipment needed for assembly/inspection as per Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI’s) and Quality Work Instructions (QWI’s).
- Understand own tasks and how they relate to others on the team.
- Follow Standard Work where applicable.
- Assemble component parts as per print, utilizing both manual and automatic machine operation.
- Visually and/or dimensionally inspect parts and/or completed assemblies for conformance to specifications.
- Identify and escalate quality non-conformances.
- Complete required Device History Records and other manufacturing documentation per Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Package assemblies for shipment (as needed).
- Participate in team activities focusing on process/product improvement, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Expand skill base through on-the-job training, cross-training, and classroom instruction.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Actively participate in “flex break” programs as required.
- Perform other functions as required.

Pay
