Manufacturing Systems Administrator
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invention, no summarizing away detail. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, scam warning, duplicated lines, application instructions.
We need to parse the posting.
Key sections:
- Position Overview: description of role, responsibilities.
- Essential Functions: list of duties.
- Required Qualifications: list.
- Education: bullet.
- Work Environment: mention of exposure, safety mindset.
- Hiring range: $49,900 - $69,300 annually. Also mention actual base pay varies, discretionary bonus.
- Benefits: mention eligibility for Brunswick's comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, 401k (up to 4% match), HSA, well-being program, product purchase discounts, etc.
- About Brunswick: description of company.
- About Brunswick Boat Group: description of brands.
- Next is Now! etc.
- Diversity statement etc.
We need to decide which sections to include.
We have content for:
- About the role (Position Overview) -> we can put as About the role
with paragraph(s).
- Responsibilities (Essential Functions) -> Responsibilities
with - list.
- Requirements (maybe combine Required Qualifications and Education) -> Could have
Requirements
with list.
- Qualifications (maybe Education) but we can combine.
- Skills: maybe list of skills from Required Qualifications (Excel, etc). Could be separate.
- Benefits: we have details.
- Pay: we have hiring range and bonus.
- Schedule: not mentioned; no schedule info. So we should NOT include Schedule section.
- About the company: maybe not required as a section; but we could include About Brunswick as a section? The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies those are the allowed headings; we should stick to those. So we should not add extra headings like About Brunswick. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information. If we omit About Brunswick, we lose info. But maybe we can incorporate that info into existing sections like About the role? But that would be mixing. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." It doesn't forbid adding other headings, but the examples are given. It says "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests we should use those headings for sections; we could also add other headings if needed, but likely they expect only those. However we need to preserve all substantive info; we could put company description in a paragraph under About the role or maybe under Responsibilities? Not ideal.
Maybe we can treat "About Brunswick" and "About Brunswick Boat Group" as part of "About the role" (company overview). That would preserve info.
Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay.
We need to decide what goes where.
About the role: Position Overview paragraph plus maybe company overview.
Responsibilities: Essential Functions list.
Requirements: Required Qualifications list (maybe also Education). Could combine.
Qualifications: Education bullet.
Skills: maybe list of specific tools/technologies (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, SQL, Business Objects, Tableau, Minitab, statistical packages, etc). Could be separate.
Benefits: list of benefits.
Pay: hiring range and bonus.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not repeat job title.
We must not include Job ID etc.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodation, privacy policies, staffing agency, application instructions, etc.
We must preserve all substantive info: that includes the list of MES applications, data repositories, etc. Those are in Position Overview. Must keep them.
Essential Functions list includes many items; we need to keep each as
- .
Required Qualifications list includes many bullet points; we need to keep each.
Education bullet.
Work Environment: mention of exposure to high sound levels, welding processes, moving forklifts, elevated loads, close quarters; safety mindset. This is substantive; we need to include somewhere. Could be under Responsibilities or a separate section like "Work Environment". But we don't have a heading for Work Environment in allowed list. Could we add a heading? The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but to be safe we could incorporate work environment into Responsibilities or About the role. Probably better to add a short paragraph under Responsibilities or a separate Work Environment
if allowed. Since they didn't list Work Environment as example, but they said "e.g." meaning examples, not exhaustive. So we could add Work Environment heading. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Adding a Work Environment section may be thin but it's substantive. Could incorporate into Responsibilities as a bullet about safety mindset and PPE. But the essential functions already include "Perform job duties in a manufacturing environment wearing PPE and performing duties with a safety mindset are expected." That's already in Essential Functions list. So we already have that covered. The Work Environment paragraph repeats similar info; we can keep it as part of Responsibilities or maybe as a note. Since it's already covered, we can omit duplicate.
Now About Brunswick and About Brunswick Boat Group: we can incorporate into About the role as a paragraph after Position Overview.
Now we need to ensure we don't include any boilerplate like "Brunswick is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Remove.
Also remove "Details about our benefits can be found here." (link). We can keep the benefits list but not the link.
Also remove "Next is Now!" etc. Might be considered boilerplate? It's a tagline but maybe part of company description; we can keep as part of About the role.
Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft.
