About the role

Ace Precision is an internationally recognized supplier to the Aerospace, Power Generation, Defense, and Space industries. Our Manufacturing Support team plays a critical role in producing high-quality, precision components.

Responsibilities

• Support production teams with daily tasks that keep work flowing efficiently
• Perform hands-on operations such as buffing, sandblasting, deburring, hand grinding, assembling, planishing, forming, tumbling, part washing, and part marking
• Deliver tools, materials, and parts to the appropriate workstations
• Inspect and sort parts to ensure they meet company quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work collaboratively with teammates to produce high-quality products you can be proud to put your name on

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• Willingness to learn and take direction in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
• Previous manufacturing or shop experience is a plus but not required
