Manufacturing Support Engineer

About the role

You'll provide technical support to production work cells for continuous improvement with specific focus on quality, productivity, cost reductions, safety and effective corrective actions. Our Engineering team is proud of their contributions, supporting a broad range of internal customers and requests while ensuring the uninterrupted development and manufacturing of high-tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to production work cells for continuous improvement with specific focus on quality, productivity, cost reductions, safety and effective corrective actions.
• Support Design Engineering and Manufacturing Teams to fulfill customers' needs in a timely manner.
• Debug, Diagnose, Correct, and Document manufacturing problems as they arise.
• Participate in new product development efforts with manufacturability design input.
• Improve Manufacturing processes to increase quality, efficiency, and/or throughput.

Requirements

• BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
• 1-5 years relevant manufacturing experience.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
