Manufacturing Support Associate
Responsibilities
- Load and unload manufactured parts into industrial parts washing equipment.
- Clean metal components by removing oils, coolants, and machining residue.
- Organize cleaned parts for inspection or additional production processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety and quality standards.
- Support production as needed throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and move parts as needed.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $18.00–$19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM (10-hour shifts)
Temp-to-Hire: Paid training will be completed on 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM) for approximately two weeks before transitioning to the regular evening schedule.
