Manufacturing/Supply Chain Data Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a strong Data Analyst to take legacy data of 3,500 part numbers and match them to current purchase orders, adjusting forecasts as needed. This role will assist in data cleanup following a new ERP implementation to Business Central in the Microsoft suite. The analyst will be instrumental in the planning process, establishing parameters, and validating data. They will also work with vending partners, lead times, and processes in planning parameters.

Responsibilities

• Match legacy part numbers to current purchase orders and adjust forecasts.
• Assist in data cleanup from a new ERP implementation to Business Central.
• Participate in planning processes, establishing parameters, and validating data.
• Collaborate with vending partners and manage lead times and planning processes.
• Export and import data to/from Business Central using advanced Excel skills.

Requirements

• High proficiency in Excel for exporting/importing data to/from Business Central.
• ERP system knowledge, with navigational familiarity in systems like Oracle, SAP, or Business Central.
• Ability to take coaching on planning parameters and apply them to parts.

Qualifications

• Desired Experience: Dynamics 365 Business Central, supply chain background (planning, scheduling, purchasing).
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Location & Duration: Ideally onsite, but remote candidates with strong Business Central experience will be considered. Minimum 6-month contract.

Pay

$40 - $50 per hour.

Schedule

8 AM to 5 PM.
