Homeland Talent Solutions is partnering with an established pharmaceutical manufacturing organization to hire a Manufacturing Supervisor – Filling for its Spokane, WA manufacturing operation. The Manufacturing Supervisor will provide frontline leadership within an aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, overseeing filling operations, production execution, employee performance, quality compliance, safety, and continuous improvement. The ideal Manufacturing Supervisor brings hands-on manufacturing leadership experience and a strong presence on the production floor. This role is responsible for developing and supporting employees, managing daily production priorities, maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards, and driving efficient, reliable manufacturing operations.
