Manufacturing Supervisor

About the role

The Manufacturing Supervisor leads daily production execution in a growing beverage manufacturing operation. This person turns the production plan into safe, compliant and measurable results by leading the team, maintaining standards, using operating data and resolving barriers. The role is the primary leader for production performance on the assigned shift and reports to the Director of Operations. It works closely with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain and other functions to improve the broader operation, while those functions retain ownership of their respective work. The position works primarily on the production floor of a beverage plant in Mesquite, TX, regularly moving between lines, equipment and work areas. The supervisor must be able to observe operations, communicate in an active manufacturing environment, use standard office and production systems, and follow applicable safety and hygiene requirements. The team consists of approximately 15 production employees, with production supervisory and line lead support.
