Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Description/Responsibilities

The Manufacturing Supervisor leads daily processing operations that support the bottling schedule while ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This role oversees batching, blending, filtration, ingredient receiving, inventory management, and team performance in a safe, high-performing manufacturing environment. You'll have the opportunity to lead a skilled team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and make a direct impact on production performance, quality, and cost. Success in this role comes from balancing people leadership, operational execution, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Required Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, processing, receiving, or production operations.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
