Manufacturing Specialist

Spartronics manufactures advanced electronic products used in various sectors including Aerospace & Defense, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, and Industrial Technology. The company seeks a motivated Manufacturing Electronics Specialist who can support the assembly, testing, and production of complex electronic and mechanical products.

Responsibilities

• Support the assembly, testing, and production of complex electronic and mechanical products in a clean and organized manufacturing setting.
• Build and assemble electronic and mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, gauges, and production equipment.
• Support cable, harness, and printed circuit board assembly.
• Perform basic testing and inspection activities following detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
• Read diagrams, drawings, and assembly documentation.
• Use computers and manufacturing systems to support production.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work closely with teammates to meet quality and production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to support overtime or schedule changes when needed.

Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing or production experience.
• Electronics assembly experience.
• Soldering experience.
• Mechanical or technical aptitude.
• Experience working with tools or testing equipment.
• Familiarity with quality systems or regulated manufacturing environments.

Pay

$18.00-$27.00/hour based on experience.

Schedule

This is a 1st Shift position. Our work hours are Monday-Thursday 6:30am-4pm and Friday 7am-11am. Overtime, as needed.
