About the role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and learning how electronic products are built. Spartronics manufactures advanced electronic products used in various sectors including Aerospace & Defense, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, and Industrial Technology. The company seeks a motivated Manufacturing Electronics Specialist who can support the assembly, testing, and production of complex electronic and mechanical products.
Responsibilities
- Support the assembly, testing, and production of complex electronic and mechanical products in a clean and organized manufacturing setting.
- Build and assemble electronic and mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, gauges, and production equipment.
- Support cable, harness, and printed circuit board assembly.
- Perform basic testing and inspection activities following detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
- Read diagrams, drawings, and assembly documentation.
- Use computers and manufacturing systems to support production.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Work closely with teammates to meet quality and production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to support overtime or schedule changes when needed.
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing or production experience.
- Electronics assembly experience.
- Soldering experience.
- Mechanical or technical aptitude.
- Experience working with tools or testing equipment.
- Familiarity with quality systems or regulated manufacturing environments.

Pay
$18.00-$27.00/hour based on experience.
Schedule
This is a 1st Shift position. Our work hours are Monday-Thursday 6:30am-4pm and Friday 7am-11am. Overtime, as needed.
