Manufacturing Specialist

Shift 1: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Shift 2: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine and product flow to ensure correct packaging.
• Load large rolls of film for bag-making and sealing.
• Feed product into the machine for continuous bag filling.
• Inspect bags to confirm proper sealing, cutting, and filling throughout the process.
• Clean and sterilize the machine.
• Test sealed bags for quality control.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor adjustments and repairs.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Flexibility with schedule times and dates.
• Capability to perform tasks involving considerable use of arms, legs, and whole-body movement (e.g., climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, handling materials).
• Ability to carry product while climbing stairs; balance is essential.
• Comfort working with machines, walking on elevated surfaces, and operating automatic equipment.
