We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; can fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. Remove boilerplate etc. We need to parse the posting. Key content: - Intro paragraph about BMS purpose, culture, cell therapy, etc. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the role" includes description of role and purpose. The posting includes: "At Bristol Myers Squibb, our employees often ask...". That's general company description. Could be placed under "About the role". Also later: "The Senior Manager, Manufacturing provides oversight..." That's role description. So we can put that under "About the role". - Responsibilities: list of bullet points after "Responsibilities". We need to extract each bullet. The text after "Responsibilities" includes many sentences separated by periods. We need to turn each into

  • . Must preserve all substantive info. - Knowledge & Skills: includes "Knowledge & Skills" heading. We can treat as Skills section. Also "Minimum Requirements" heading. Could be Requirements and Qualifications. The posting has "Minimum Requirements" and also "Knowledge & Skills". Also "Working Conditions". Might be part of Requirements or Qualifications. We need to decide sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The instruction: use headings for those categories if content exists. We have content for Requirements (minimum requirements), Qualifications (maybe education/experience), Skills (knowledge & skills). We'll map: - Requirements: maybe "Minimum Requirements" bullet list: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of relevant manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years of leadership experience managing direct reports. - Qualifications: maybe "Working Conditions" could be qualifications? Actually qualifications often include education, experience, etc. But we already used that. Could treat "Working Conditions" as Qualifications? Not ideal. Perhaps we treat "Working Conditions" as a separate section? Not in allowed headings. Could fold into Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Minimum Requirements and Working Conditions into a "Requirements" section. Or we could have Requirements (education/experience) and Qualifications (working conditions). But we need to decide. Better: Use "Requirements" for minimum requirements (education, experience). Use "Qualifications" for working conditions (physical demands, PPE, etc). Use "Skills" for knowledge & skills. - Benefits: there is a "Benefits" section with details. Include that. - Pay: there is "Compensation Overview" with salary range. Include Pay section. - Schedule: there is "Shift Available Saturday-Wednesday, Onsite Night Shift, 11:30 p.m. - 8 a.m." That's schedule. Include Schedule section. - About the role: include introductory paragraphs and role overview. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. Remove duplicated lines. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from responsibilities, knowledge & skills, minimum requirements, working conditions, benefits, pay, schedule. We must not include placeholders like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we can drop them or fold into short p. The posting ends with "R1606426 : Manufacturing Senior Manager, Liso-cel CAR-T, Manufacturing Operations". We can drop that or put in a short p maybe as metadata. But instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can drop it. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

Now we need to craft About the role paragraph. Combine: "At Bristol Myers Squibb, our employees often ask, “Who are you working for?”—a question that fuels collaboration, accountability, and urgency in our work. Our purpose-driven culture inspires us to discover, develop, and deliver innovative medicines to prevail over serious diseases. We offer uniquely interesting and meaningful work, opportunities for growth, and a supportive environment that values inclusion, wellbeing, flexibility, and comprehensive benefits. This is work that transforms the lives of patients, and the careers of those who do it. At Bristol Myers Squibb we are reimagining the future of cell therapy. With our bold ambition, backed by a best-in-the-industry team and long-term commitment, we are leading the way to unlock the full promise of cell therapy as we strive to put more patients on the path to a cure. If you are ready to challenge yourself, accelerate your career, and give new hope to patients, there’s no better place than here at BMS with our Cell Therapy team. The Senior Manager, Manufacturing provides oversight of Manufacturing Managers and Work Centered Teams operating on a 24/7 schedule to execute Cell Therapy manufacturing processes while sustaining a culture of safety, compliance, accountability, innovation, urgency, passion, and continuous improvement. This role reports to the Manufacturing Associate Director." We should keep that as a single paragraph or maybe split into two paragraphs but it's fine. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "We hire for skills and capabilities, not just credentials – if this role excites you, but doesn’t perfectly match your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway." That's a statement about applying; could be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's encouraging to apply. Might be considered application instruction? It's not exactly instruction to apply but it's a generic statement. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. That line is more of an encouraging statement; could be considered application instruction? It's not exactly instruction but it's a generic encouragement. Safer to drop it. Also drop lines like "We hire for skills and capabilities, not just credentials – if this role excites you, but doesn’t perfectly match your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway." We'll omit. Also drop "Supporting People With Disabilities", "Candidate Rights", "Data Protection", "How We Work", etc. Those are boilerplate. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive content: The responsibilities list we need to capture all bullet points. Let's extract responsibilities sentences: From text after "Responsibilities": "Ensure Manufacturing Managers and WCT members execute Cell Therapy manufacturing in compliance with cGMPs, approved SOPs, WIs, batch records, safety expectations, and ALCOA+ documentation principles. Maintain hands-on process expertise across unit operations, support MRB data collection, provide weekend/technical coverage as needed, and develop CAR-T manufacturing and regulatory knowledge. Manage production resources by tracking availability, supporting scheduling needs, maintaining records of planned/unplanned absences, and hiring talent aligned with job requirements, budget, and BMS values. Set priorities, establish WCT goals, monitor performance, and report metrics and progress through Tier meetings, performance reviews, site control plans, and cross-functional manufacturing forums. Maintain 100% on-time training compliance, ensure personnel are qualified before performing tasks, allocate time for training, and disqualify personnel from GMP tasks when compliance gaps are observed. Build and develop high-performing teams through recruiting, onboarding, Workday profile maintenance, performance management, recognition, coaching, regular 1:1s, career development, and timely feedback. Lead deviation troubleshooting and quality record ownership as BPO/BTA, ensure clear and timely deviation entries, monitor metrics, identify repeat causes, drive on-time closure, and prevent recurrence through continuous improvement. Participate in CAPAs, Change Controls, and projects; define or own actions for Manufacturing and ensure implementation before due dates. Control expenses within area of influence, including overtime, supplies, and travel/expense costs. Model leader behaviors by maintaining shopfloor presence, conducting Gemba/Go & See activities, using tiered management, visual management, coaching kata, root-cause problem solving, risk escalation, and cross-functional collaboration." We need to turn each sentence into
  • . Ensure we keep all details. Now Knowledge & Skills: we have two bullet points: "Extensive knowledge of EHS, cGMPs, biotechnology principles, manufacturing systems, lean manufacturing, and regulated operations; Green Belt certification preferred." and "Strong communication, adaptability, strategic leadership, team selection, and people management skills." Now Minimum Requirements: we have two bullet points as earlier. Now Working Conditions: we have four bullet
