Manufacturing Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Fulfill the critical need of Access Control by checking IDs, answering phones, and dealing with visitors and deliveries.
• Observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• Present a physical deterrent by performing Patrols on your feet on a regular scheduled basis: Interior/Exterior.
• Reflect high Ideals by representing Garda World, working and communicating with members of our client, that reflect positively upon Garda World.
• Limited vagrancy, theft, vandalism, threats, or espionage to ensure a safe experience.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• Know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Comfortable with Body Camera Usage on your person.

Qualifications

• At least a high school education or equivalent (GED).
• At least 2 years of working in a busy industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse facility.
• Comfortable using less lethal tools to accomplish your mission.
• "Do what it takes" attitude and a history of success.
• Pass a Psych Evaluation Exam prior to an interview.
• Comfortable wearing Body Cameras.
• Proficient in working with Computers, phones, and other Hi-Tech tools.
• CPR Certification or can be certified within 1 week of an offer.
• Able to walk, stand, or sit throughout assigned shift, and can handle any weather conditions.
• Over 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $26 / Hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!).

Schedule

Set schedule: PT to FT hours.
Shift 1: Grave: 1AM to 9AM: Saturday to Wednesday.
Shift 2: Grave/Day Mix: 1AM to 9AM: Thursday & Friday/9AM to 5PM: Saturday & Sunday.
Shift 3: Swing: 5PM to 1AM: Wednesday to Sunday.
Shift 4: PT Swing: 5PM to 1AM: Monday & Tuesday.
