About the role
Responsible for overseeing safety protocols and ensuring compliance within the manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections
- Train employees on safety procedures and regulations
- Coordinate emergency response plans and drills
- Monitor and report on safety metrics and trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
