Manufacturing Quality Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a professional to minimize supplier quality issues through root cause analysis, implement solutions, and collaborate with suppliers to improve manufacturing characteristics.

Responsibilities

• Approving part and process changes
• Confirming root cause analyses
• Analyzing data to prioritize issues
• Overseeing problem-solving activities
• Coordinating supplier countermeasures
• Effective communication across departments

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related experience, with proficiency in quality assurance, blueprint reading, measurement, Catia/3D, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

Strong negotiation and communication skills, with 0-6 years of relevant experience, ideally including co-op or manufacturing background.
