Essential Functions
- Audit duties involving materials and processes (M&P), both internal and external.
- Lead new project onboarding by capturing quality requirements for facilities, equipment, and products.
- Plan, contract, disposition, specification, and process reviews and implementations.
- Lead quality processes and activities, including process requirement identification.
- Create and maintain report templates required by customer specifications.
- Identify and train internal personnel on proper test methods and reporting.
- Represent Quality in the onboarding of new manufacturing programs.
- Write or revise quality documents and participate in external audits.
- Manage and implement quality plans, oversee training, and specialty skill implementation.
- Review and approve engineering planning to ensure Quality requirements are met.
- Travel for auditing purposes, using vehicle and airplane.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives with Manufacturing Engineering and Production.
Work Qualifications
- Formal education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in internal or external auditing, quality product review, and quality requirements (GD&T).
- Computer Skills: Must be proficient in using common office software systems.
- Certificates and Licenses: Not required.
Eligibility
This position requires meeting Export Control compliance requirements. An individual must therefore be a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15, which includes US Citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees.
Pay
The compensation package includes a salary base pay and benefits, including participation in the Royal Engineered Composites Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The target range for this role is $60-80k for candidates with minimal experience. Compensation is heavily dependent on relevant experience, education, and skills, and experience and skillsets can push this range higher.
