Responsibilities
- Specialise in product development and manufacturing, analysing product lifecycles and identifying ways to speed up production, cut costs, and enhance product quality.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles, optimise supply chain integration, and leverage digital technologies to improve operations.
- Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to solve complex problems and drive change.
- Ensure adherence to professional and ethical standards, maintaining high standards of quality, integrity, and inclusivity.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant consulting/advisory experience.
- Proven track record in advising clients in Life Sciences (Pharma, Bio Pharma, Specialty Pharma, Medical Device, Medical Technology & Diagnostics, Generics, Animal Health, Consumer Markets).
- Experience with Quality IT systems (eQMS, Veeva, Trackwise, etc.) and knowledge of business processes in quality roles, manufacturing, or lab operations.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Basic problem-solving and financial modeling skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, Master's degree highly desirable.
- Knowledgeable in business processes and management consulting intrinsics such as communication, adaptability, and learning agility.
- Experience in operations excellence and digital automation.

Benefits
