Manufacturing Production Roles - Taylor Texas - 2nd/3rd Shift
About the role
Gemini is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Specialist to join the 2nd and 3rd shift teams at our location in Taylor, TX. This position responds to and supports any position within the plant based on business need, supporting other internal departments and flat cut out, plastics, and pronto shops.
Responsibilities
- Ensure products are clean and free from scratches and foreign materials.
- Properly finish and assemble as instructed by the work order.
- Assure each order is complete by counting and matching contents with the work order.
- Mix appropriate quantity of paint per work order, ensuring proper mixing.
- Spray products as required, maintaining consistency with customer requirements and company quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for function, aesthetics, and quality, if required, and clean as necessary.
- Maintain familiarity with shipping procedures and prepare products for UPS/truck pick-up.
- Operate lasers or routers to produce product as instructed per the work order.
- Laminate foils or metal to a substrate as instructed by the work order.
- Participate in Lean/Continuous Improvement efforts in the plant.
Requirements
- Secondary School education/CAEC or equivalent demonstrated competency through work experience.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in a production environment.
- Manufacturing Experience.
- Automotive Paint Experience.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs on a frequent basis.
- Operate a variety of power saws and routers, cutting out letters from plastic sheets.

Wage Range: $18.90 - 24.77, plus 10% Shift Differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Schedule: 2nd - 3pm-11:30pm Monday-Friday; 3rd - 11pm-7:30am Sunday - Thursday.
Overtime is scheduled as needed.
