We are currently hiring Manufacturing & Production Technicians to perform general assembly in our West Union, IA manufacturing facility. Responsibilities

• Perform work according to safety & quality standards and procedures
• Work effectively as a team member contributing to a positive workplace
• Finished work is expected to be neat, orderly, and repeatable
• Ensuring work space is clean, safe and in working order

Requirements

• Ability to use various hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
• Stand for long periods of time
• Basic mathematical skills
• Proficient in English
• Safety-sensitive position
• Satisfactory background check, and negative drug screen required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay

Competitive Wages based on experience
Monthly bonus based on performance and productivity

Schedule

1st Shift 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday
2nd Shift 2:30pm-11pm Monday-Friday (Shift Premium Paid for 2nd Shift)
Occasional mandatory overtime
