Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Production Coordinator. This role plays a crucial part in planning and executing manufacturing processes, focusing on coordinating various components of production to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.

Job Duties

  • Cook up production schedules and manufacturing activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production issues and hold owners accountable to their tasks
  • Ensure and verify all stage gates are completed for clear-to-build status
  • Maintain accurate and updated production records
  • Support timely delivery of finished products
  • Monitor workflow and provide schedule updates as needed to meet production targets

Requirements

  • Previous experience in coordination roles, inventory control, purchasing, supply chain, logistics, shop management, etc.
  • A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
  • Proficiency in inventory management software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of quality control standards
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 4-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards
  • An acute attention to detail
  • Optimizing efficiencies
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
  • Time management skills
  • Production scheduling
