About the Role

The Manufacturing Process / Quality Specialist owns and continuously improves manufacturing processes, quality systems, and production standards to ensure the Manufacturing Division delivers high-quality products, on-time shipments, operational efficiency, and profitability. This role drives consistency, defect prevention, lean manufacturing initiatives, and compliance with customer and company standards.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain quality standards and inspection processes.
  • Monitor internal and external quality metrics.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Manage customer quality concerns and warranty issues.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable electrical, safety, and industry standards.
  • Evaluate manufacturing processes for efficiency and waste reduction.
  • Lead Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive process consistency across product lines.

What You Bring (Required Experience)

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or quality management.
  • Experience in electrical assembly, panel fabrication, controls manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, CAPA, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
