Job Responsibilities
- Aid in collecting, analyzing, and documenting production data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
- Conduct time studies, cycle time measurements, and workflow observations.
- Help map current manufacturing processes using tools like process flow diagrams or value stream maps.
- Participate in Kaizen events, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving activities.
- Assist with standardizing work instructions and updating process documentation as changes are implemented.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic analytical skills.
Education / Experience
- High School Diploma.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Special Knowledge / Skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal).
Physical Demands / Work Environment
- Normal amount of sitting or standing.
- Average mobility to move around an office and manufacturing environment.
- Able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer.
