Job Responsibilities

  • Aid in collecting, analyzing, and documenting production data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
  • Conduct time studies, cycle time measurements, and workflow observations.
  • Help map current manufacturing processes using tools like process flow diagrams or value stream maps.
  • Participate in Kaizen events, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving activities.
  • Assist with standardizing work instructions and updating process documentation as changes are implemented.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic analytical skills.

Education / Experience

  • High School Diploma.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Special Knowledge / Skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal).

Physical Demands / Work Environment

  • Normal amount of sitting or standing.
  • Average mobility to move around an office and manufacturing environment.
  • Able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer.
