Manufacturing Process Engineer

About the role

The Edison, NJ plant makes PVC fitting covers and jacketing for use with Micro-Lok as well as other types of pipe insulation. This is a critical role supporting daily production operations, process stability, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Process Engineer plays a key part in maintaining equipment efficiency, troubleshooting production issues, supporting quality standards, and driving process optimization efforts across the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to operate a major asset (typical annual revenue of $50MM–$200MM) at target regarding output, usage of material and energy while meeting product specifications.
• Address improvements in process efficiency, product quality, and the cost of poor quality for the process.
• Lead process optimization initiatives.
