Manufacturing Process Coach

Responsibilities

  • Own all manufacturing processes for an assigned production line across a 24-hour operation
  • Ensure consistent execution of standard work across all shifts
  • Identify process gaps and variability; lead corrective actions to restore stability
  • Develop, implement, and sustain new standards and tools to drive loss elimination
  • Use structured problem solving and CI tools to eliminate losses, improve TE, and reduce waste and rework
  • Capture learnings and best practices and translate them into a current best approach
  • Track, analyze, and report line performance using accurate, reliable data

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or process improvement
  • Strong understanding of production processes and performance metrics
  • 1-3 years of proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence across shifts and functions without direct authority
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24-hour manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience in food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods manufacturing
  • Bottling, canning, or BIB line experience preferred
  • Better understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, IWS, or continuous improvement background
  • Technical or engineering education or experience
