Participate in the development and implementation of technical solutions applied to manufacturing processes, seeking the reduction of recurring and non-recurring industrial costs focusing on the improvement of quality and efficiency of resources. Develop budget, planning, and control of resources necessary for new projects and programs under supervision.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects of lower complexity, presenting visibility updates
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in projects and deliver training
- Implement technical solutions by interfacing with other areas (Logistics / Production / Quality / Engineering / Sites / Clients / Suppliers)
- Search for and apply engineering methodologies & tooling to solve technical problems
- Provide technical guidance to teammates
- Generate drawings, parts lists, and projects of low complexity
- Analyze and diagnose processes to meet demands
- Execute actions in planning according to quality requirements
Requirements
- Ability to structure low-complexity projects and develop management-level updates
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary functions for project delivery
- Prior experience working with Manufacturing Engineering
- Ability to analyze scenario changes and directives to detect new opportunities and improvements
- Ability to solve technical problems by applying methodologies & tooling
- Ability to work within pre-established standards
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Read, write, and conversational English required
- Minimum of 4 years in a manufacturing position
- High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree in STEM-related field preferred)
