Manufacturing Process Analyst II - weekends

Participate in the development and implementation of technical solutions applied to manufacturing processes, seeking the reduction of recurring and non-recurring industrial costs focusing on the improvement of quality and efficiency of resources. Develop budget, planning, and control of resources necessary for new projects and programs under supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects of lower complexity, presenting visibility updates
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in projects and deliver training
  • Implement technical solutions by interfacing with other areas (Logistics / Production / Quality / Engineering / Sites / Clients / Suppliers)
  • Search for and apply engineering methodologies & tooling to solve technical problems
  • Provide technical guidance to teammates
  • Generate drawings, parts lists, and projects of low complexity
  • Analyze and diagnose processes to meet demands
  • Execute actions in planning according to quality requirements

Requirements

  • Ability to structure low-complexity projects and develop management-level updates
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary functions for project delivery
  • Prior experience working with Manufacturing Engineering
  • Ability to analyze scenario changes and directives to detect new opportunities and improvements
  • Ability to solve technical problems by applying methodologies & tooling
  • Ability to work within pre-established standards
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Read, write, and conversational English required
  • Minimum of 4 years in a manufacturing position
  • High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree in STEM-related field preferred)
