Manufacturing Principal Engineer - Paint

We are seeking a qualified engineer to develop strategies and standards for manufacturing improvements, focusing on benchmark characteristics and smooth BEV integration. Key Responsibilities Include Leading strategy development, standard setting, and process improvements across multiple factory departments and regions.Conducting studies related to project evaluations, new model requests, and capacity planning utilizing E-plan.Performing characteristics analysis through data collection, benchmarking, and sharing best practices.Analyzing Production Engineering Work Orders (PEWO) via engineering concept sheets, payback calculations, and environmental documentation.Providing frontline input to local, regional, and global teams on new models and projects. Qualifications And Skills Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.8+ years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in Paint manufacturing.Knowledge of Honda Business Planning Process, strong communication skills, and technical business acumen.Demonstrated category-specific expertise.
